Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at support@cookwit.com within the 30-day window. Include the following in your message:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

We will respond within 1–3 business days with next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund — without requiring you to return the item.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping

If a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Our products ship internationally and typically arrive within 7–20 business days. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
