At Cookwit, we source and ship our products from international fulfillment centers to bring you quality kitchen gadgets at accessible prices. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our products ship from international warehouses. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
  • Express Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, sale events) or due to customs processing. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after the shipment confirmation. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Customs & Import

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection. Cookwit is not responsible for customs delays or any import duties imposed by local authorities, though orders shipped to U.S. addresses are generally not subject to import duties.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cookwit.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
